It?s so easy to spend time judging each guy against every list item, but it?s better to focus on how he does against your essentials. For example, can you simply connect, have a good conversation and some fun?</p>
<p>Ask yourself:</p>
<p>? Does he make me smile?  </p>
<p> ? Is he a good person? </p>
<p> ? Does he treat me well? </p>
<p> ? Does he show me that he?s interested?  </p>
<p> ? Do I have fun when we are together?</p>

<p>But sometimes, I am met with blank stares. Uh-oh! This is embarrassing?or it least it could be, if you let it.</p>
<p>What I do is to pause for a moment, and then treat my very real question as if I had asked it as a rhetorical question. Then I answer it myself.</p>
<p>Sometimes audiences like to participate, sometimes they don?t. And sometimes they just don?t know what to say. The trick is to not let an audiences reactions or non-reactions get you down.</p>
<p>So if your audience ever leaves you hanging at the end of a question, don?t let it get you down. Act as though you fully intended to ask it rhetorically and that you are more than pleased to answer it yourself. So don&#8217;t get scared or give up just relax and recover quickly from your mistake without anyone even noticing.</p>

<p>   Things won&#8217;t be business as usual today, as several new laws take effect around the Washington area.</p>
<p>   The annual sales tax holiday in the District is history. In Maryland, foster kids could have a quicker path to being permanently placed. In Virginia, local governments can keep a closer eye on foreclosed homes.</p>
<p>   In D.C., the traditional sales tax vacations for items less than $100 will be eliminated. Previously, shoppers did not have to pay sales tax during a several-day period for back-to-school shopping or on the day after Thanksgiving.</p>

<p>Junk bonds are just like a traditional bonds. They are basically a promise from a corporation that states what your initial investment was, the date they will pay you back, and the interest rate which will be applied on the borrowed money. When the bond matures you will receive back your principle as well as the interest payment.</p>
<p>Junk bonds are different from other bonds in terms of the quality of credit. All bonds are placed into categories based on the credit rating of the corporations issuing the bonds. <p>B) A market opinion is not a property valuation. It?s the opinion of the real estate agent on what the likely sale price of a property will be. They now must substantiate his opinion by comparing similar type properties that sold within 5km of the property in question. Now I reckon 5km covers quite a lot of ground, in-fact it could cover suburbs that have a significantly lower average price. Additionally what about the time frame ? is last 6 months a good indication. Last 12months. The market opinion is simply not a valuation done by a professional independent valuer. The agent has an agenda, they will substantiate to their hearts content and legitimately under the PAMD Act, to get the result they are after.</p>
<p>Sorry Mrs Keech we don?t believe either of these changes do anything to address the dishonest agents, and the process they employ.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As Indian tribes were reduced by disease, tribes feuded with each other for their very survival. Indeed, some tribes did not survive.</p>
<p>This was the state of affairs in the southern Ontario region for much of the 1600s as Iroquois battled with Hurons. By 1688 however the Iroguois, who had moved into the Toronto area, were in turn displaced by the French, and gradually the southern Ontario region was dominated by the white man.</p>
<p>The Early French Period</p>
<p>The first European to reach the Toronto area is thought to have been Etienne Brule, who had served under Samuel de Champlain. Tradition has it that Brule &#8220;discovered&#8221; the Toronto site in 1615, but other scholars question whether Brule ever reached Lake Ontario at Toronto.</p>
<p>The first verifiable evidence of European presence in the area came with Roman Catholic missionaries working with the local natives in the 1660s and 1670s. Seasonal traders also regularly passed through the area by this time, the most famous of whom was the explorer Rene-Robert Cavelier de La Salle.</p>
<p>By 1720 the French had established a trading post on the Humber River at the base of what was known as the &#8220;Toronto Passage.&#8221; And in 1750-51, the French built Fort Rouille to protect French interests in the area against the British.</p>
